Pros
The work is not hard
Cons
So many I'm not even sure where to start. Their system is consistently down. I mean, the system is down for your entire 8 hour shift! Which naturally makes your job harder when you aren't able to do it. They tell you to LIE to customers that they are "updating" the system and that they should call back tomorrow lol. Its not funny but I have to laugh at how ridiculous things are at this place. These are people whose lives actually depend on the supplies and they consistently play in their faces. Faxes never come through, causing people to be frustrated that their dr has to send in documents over and over again. Management is JOKE lol. Im not sure where they found these people, they barely have a grasp on proper grammar. Professional emails from management containing Phrases like "return back" ????? Return back? Lol Hardly anyone knows what they are doing here across all fronts. Youre hired for one thing and then they state other departments need "help" requiring you to also do another job you are not paid or trained for and they dont hire people actually trained for those roles. I've never seen something like it. Incompetence literally all around
