Pros
If you like doing super quick guitar setups and minor (incorrect) repairs then you might like this job.
Cons
You're expected to do those quick setups and minor repairs 45 times a day. On the plus side, the majority of the employees fudge those numbers and just play on their smart phones and throw paper at each other all day.
