      Pros

      Very nice colleagues, who obviously care about the Institute's mission to the sea services, and are collaborative. There is an opportunity to learn a great deal.

      Cons

      Pay is on the low side and salary increases (whether for merit or cost of living) were minimal. Systems are a disaster.
