It's okay, gets old real quick

Pros

Coworkers are the best part working here. Mainly college students and young adults. Flexible hours. Decent pay for easy work. Some programs they offer are fun sometimes.

Cons

It can get boring real fast. No job growth, you're pretty much stuck where you at. Only way to advance is to apply for the position, which I think is really stupid for not promoting from within. Just go ahead hire an outsider who doesn't know how the program works. Part of no job growth, there's no advance training to help you apply for higher positions. Managers seem to only care if the program making money, doesn't seem to care about their employees. Manager tends to give more responsibility to you with no pay increase.

Pros

Benefits and government employee. Customers are fun and the environment is safe. Offers a lot of training seminars that offer little substance and no actual training

Cons

Underpaid, under appreciated, overworked. No room for promotion. Management was terrible. An a noxious amount of office politics, throwing people under the bus and brown nosing. promotions are based on who you know.

great benefits, 401k , retirement plan, vacation and sick, awesome hospital and dental

Cons

you get a bonus once a year instead of a pay increase. They tax you to the point, I would rather see and increase on my pay. Never get raises...since 2009. Can`t move up the ladder.
