Large offices, great benefits and mostly good team mates. Location is beautiful

Cons

Toxic workplace with favoritism. Cliques and poor job performance, lack of experience and young age will get you promoted not experience or trust. Hypocritical in policies

Pros

Most people work together as a team to get things done. Over the past year, the retention seems to be far greater than in the past. It seems that the prior CEO/President is still listed on here. I would encourage you to visit the website and read about the new President and look over the Strategic Plan.

Cons

USSA is growing in size. That is a pro, but, it does mean that it comes with some uncertainty about the future. I can say that most things have been on track. For example, several coaches were hired this year to start athletic programs.
