Pros

The work is simple and things are very routine. The management is approachable and friendly- even if not always responsive. There's is potential for the company to grow and the management is invested in pursuing it. If the management really tries to bring on and retain skilled people the business will become stronger and nice to work at. Women owned small business with lots of female-led teams.

Cons

Despite almost all teams suffering from being understaffed, overworked, and demotivated the company struggles to bring on new workers to lighten the burden. The overall culture of the company is lacking and leaves a lot to be desired with finding fulfilment from ones day to day. The management and employees are very kind, usually, but if someone faulters on their workload or a client raises a crisis, others will shift blame to maintain a plea of ignorance and punishments can be swift. Benefits are overall lacking. The office space and location is very unappealing and leaves a lot to be desired. There's a lot of family connections among employees, some to upper management, and those below it will use these connections privately for influence or pressure.

Pros

Supportive leadership, flexible work schedule, telework flexibility, culture of improvement, management really cares about team members on an individual level, lots of opportunity to grow responsibilities and branch into different areas.

Cons

Lean staff - it can be hard to maintain work-life balance as the work often exceeds what the staff can complete in a 40 hour work week. Health insurance is expensive and not as good as I have seen at other organizations.
