Picking hours and working from home

Cons

No help, no legit replies to emails, got hired was unable to log in or launch a call sent over 10 emails for assistance and got no reply then recieved email that I was terminated..horrible management no communication skills

Pros

no redeeming qualities , whatsoever They pay their agents for a while , then drum up a bogus quality asessment right before pay day, which cuts the agent pay in half. Nice , huh??

Cons

company uses a number of credit report firms , none of which issue refunds on time. By the time they issue, the charges have built of over many months....ruining whatever credit the customer was trying to preserve. Many cases of fraud involving stolen credit card numbers, with police involved.
