Pros
USA Rugby is a great place to start if you are looking to work in sports or nonprofit. A lot of room for growth horizontally with openings in other departments. You can make a lot of valuable connections in the rugby world if you apply yourself.
Cons
Not too much room for upward growth, and working in nonprofit, the pay is not the best.
