-Shockingly callous management practices, does not promote a healthy work-life balance, highly stressful environment, mandatory overtime including consecutive nights and weekends or you WILL be fired.
-If you are one of the few people in the company in the "girl's club" then management will look after you well.
-Senior Management has destroyed morale for operations, sales and warehouse employees due to executive greed.
-Stock options were promised but never followed through, late annual reviews (if any), no career growth options
-Not customer focused, overworked staff berated with irate customers. Constant crisis mode.
-Communication is terrible, trust is non-existent.
-Flawed methodology for selecting leaders, wrong managers for their roles.
-Doesn't spend money on what is needed in order to improve internal systems. Band-aids over more band-aids. Budgets are allocated based on favoritism rather than actual business needs.
-Marketing consistently fails to meet deliverable dates. Lack of strategic priorities.
-Interdepartmental competition and turf wars between rival managers resulting in communication gaps. Brutal internal politics.
