Pros

The ESOP plan is good, but doesn't make up for the low wage

Cons

They talk a lot about 'employee owners', and the culture that creates, but there is no follow through. From their policies to dealing with individual staff issues their real message comes through loud and clear....we care about the bottom line not the staff.

Pros

Black women are the most beautiful women on earth and this place has a few fine ones to look at/ talk to. No drug test!

Cons

A part of you dies when you walk into USA 800. You can't make it through the shift without needing to smoke so you're dying in more ways than one. The training doesn't prepare you for the job. The supervisors get attitudes when you ask for help. Not worth it for $9.50 an hour.

Pros

It's a paycheck. .Nice new building located up north near the airport. I realize they are still in the begiining phase.. The company has potential but..........

Cons

This place is more than a joke. It seems like they will hire anyone. The training was rushed. On the call center floor. .... it;s like a zoo. The managers and the floor helpers talk to one another and other reps like their all outside in a ball field. The helpers huddle together and talk ,when reps need help. The floor helpers are from other locations. It seems like they dont understand reps are on the phone talking to customers. The customer can hear all the loud talking and shanagans going on. For all the work we do, the pay is low.
