Lack of management and leadership in some departments. Distinctly there is a lack of communication from owners/leadership about expectations. Lack of transparency. Sometimes people end up fired unexpectedly without warning, creating a lot of anxiety and uncertainty. No regular performance evaluations offered. When someone is fired or quits, responsibilities get dumped on other people instead of finding replacements or asking staff what they need. Really this company has changed quite a bit over the last few years and seems to have lost focus and shifted priorities from the main business to side projects. There is also no HR staff to advocate for employees.

Lack of communication, unbearable workloads for hard-working employees, lack of options for advancement, faulty computers for most employees, having to give yourself a performance review without feedback from your supervisor, not being financially compensated when work-load increases permanently, high-stress busy season, overtime is not allowed.
