Pros
There are/was a very talented group of people working here. Had the ability to work on exciting projects at one point in time.
Cons
The exception became the rule. No real room for career growth. Talk of being a flat organization was all rhetoric, everyone knew it. Management plays favorites. Made the mistake of relying heavily on one major client to support the entire company. Once this client decided to go with another company, half of the company seemed to disappear.

Pros
USFI used to have heart, and caring management, but that is a thing of the past. Now it is just a place to earn a paycheck, nothing more. Morale and loyalty are low.
Cons
Uncaring leadership. No new clients but the old ones are slipping away.
