I have been working at USHEALTH Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Pay was alright. Co-workers were nice.

    Cons

Product development was poorly managed which forced dev teams to work ludicrous hours to develop and push new products. The company bends its knees for agents, so what that really means is everyone else has to put in extra hours to make the agents happy.

I have been working at USHEALTH Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I rather determine how much money I want to make and grind for it than to have to put in the same 50+ hours for a company that will cap me at 50K. Think about it, where else can you make as much money as you want and all you have to do is to put in the time and effort? Lots of people have a "worker" "employee" type of mentality and theres nothing wrong with that but if thats who you are then you need to get a JOB where everything is easy with a set schedule and better work/life balance... but you'll always be BROKE because an employer will NEVER pay you what you are truly worth!!! But if you know you are a go-getta and know you deserve better $$$$ then this is the opportunity for you... you just have to grind because this is your business not a f***g 9-5!

    Cons

I dont think having to work over 50+ hours is a con... thats for peasants who want it all given to them!
