Pros

Lot of things to learn , interesting technology and OK benefits. Good culture and environment to work and the supervisors/managers are very supportive. Health benefits + 401K with employer match , however you have to work there for 5+ years to get the 401K match fully vested.

Cons

The previous CEO was very nice and generous, However the new CEO is a very tight person, and tries to cut the benefits and costs as much as he can. He doesn't replace an employee who quits and that makes the job very stressful for other employees. The pay is minimum and it's very hard to get raise. If you are planning to have a long term carrier I won't recommend. It can be a stepping stone if you are starting a carrier. It's hard to level up.
