Aggressive Goals Create an Ambiance of Fear

Pros

I don't think that anyone who survived this workplace will have anything positive to say. At least, I don't.

Cons

The goals were insane. The leadership had a poor policy, and they kept changing the goals to pressure employees more. It was terribly stressful. Their attitude was the problem. It was unethical and probably illegal. Employees lived with fear, not contentment here.

Working here improves my understanding of merchant services and how businesses handle payment systems. Managers communicate expectations clearly and listen when employees raise concerns or ask questions. I appreciate that employees are trusted to manage responsibilities independently. The experience help me become more comfortable handling larger accounts over time.
