      Pros

      This is a fast growing company. With any growing company, growing pains and changes occur. Changes for the best are being implemented and communication is vastly improving. Individuals roles and training are specific and known. We all receive great pay, and the owners are always flexible with outside appointments or emergencies. Better management has been put in place, resulting in a positive atmosphere.

      Cons

      There is a lack of benefits.

      Lots of Chiefs, no Indians, no real direction!

      Pros

      Decent pay, but no benefits at all of any kind except an occasional bonus.

      Cons

      everyone is a "manager", work 24/7, constantly on call, managers take credit for everything, responsibility for nothing, most employees are family or friends so they constantly praise those who are, those who aren't are the grunts, no matter what they do well. real manager there claim to have lot of experience in their industry, though they know little to nothing about laws that pertain to what they are doing.

      Growing & Restructuring

      Pros

      You can tell they do try really hard to focus on their employees. There's always free food, candy, soda, and help wherever you go and the doors are always open. They also try to focus more on growing the company culture, which is awesome. So more outings, fun competitions, and in-house involvement. You definitely are a 'Jack of all trades" when you work here since everyone does a little bit of everything, but it really gives you more exposure to new experience which really can benefit you later. It's a really exciting time to join this company now since they are in the process of growing expediently.

      4 stars since I know its a growing company and they're getting there.
