      Pros

      None. This company has nothing great to offer besides a decent 401k match and increased PTO hours the more years in service. However most employees do not get to see this as they are either laid off and/or or quit.

      Cons

      High turnover, low morale, poor management, low pay with no raises, hostile environment and no opportunity for growth unless you’re related to the owner and/or managers.

      Pros

      US Real Estate Services provides health benefits at no cost to the employees. Also, different events are scheduled to increase moral within the company. It is fairly easy to move around within the company, and they do not judge you based on whether or not you have a degree.

      Cons

      It seems that they have a massive layoff around every 6 months to a year in order to "restructure". About 2 months after the layoff, they will rehire some individuals back. From what i heard, there were some people that had been laid off and rehired 3+ times. Also, pay for certain positions is drastically lower than in other companies.
