Business outlook
Pros
Worked here for over 20 years. They are continuing to grow and expand into new regions. My time there has been great and management continued to raise compensation as they grew and matured. Unfortunately I had to retire but has been great.
Cons
Over the years the work/life balance can be painful but I personally would rather be busy then not.
