      The whole company is horrible

      Pros

      Great to get the foot in the door if you're new to the workforce.

      Cons

      I wish I could give this company zero stars for the way they treated me. Really horrible upper management and only cares about their favorites. You will receive little to no actual training. The pay isn't great either, and there are no real incentives to do well. I don't recommend this hostile environment to ANYONE.

      Pros

      My schedule is relatively flexible, but some of my co-workers don't share the same privilege.

      Cons

      Everything here is awful!! Except only for my co-workers and my relatively flexible work schedule. The compensation is horrible! I don't even know why I agreed to such a terrible pay and lackluster benefits. The management is awful as well, considering most of the managers don't really do their jobs well.

      Pros

      Not many pros to mention but I'll try. Depending on your role there you may have some schedule flexibility but that's rarely the case. Executives and upper management get all the perks while the workforce is told do as I say not as I do. Another pro is some of the people. The actual employees on the ground level. They're hard working and have pride in their jobs even though they're being taken advantage of and unappreciated.

      Cons

      Poor benefits package, low salary based on the competitive market. Toxic work place due to the the misleading and downright untruthful nature of how they conduct business. Don't do yearly reviews or raises for their employees. No training or professional development provided for career growth. Very unfortunate because even though the company itself isn't good most of their workforce are hard working good people that deserve better. They give away Director titles to the employees that like even though it doesn't come with any added financial compensation. It's just a way to keep people quiet and happy. It's absolutely unprofessional.
