benefits could be better, long hours, 7 day ops

Leadership departments are divided. Too many leaders appear to be threatened by new talent, Too much pride from long time employees that gets in the way of allowing new talent to take the company to the next level. Personal opinions can get in the way of proper business decisions A lot of smiles to faces but comments behind backs which is portrayed as poor professionalism and leads to decisions being made before proper investigation takes place. Lack of educational and leadership development and structure to properly develop great talent from within, into higher levels unless people are located in SC.

I have nothing bad to say about this company they are top notch

Not enough hours. And more management skills

There’s no job security at this company. Several departments were transitioned to this company in July with promises of job security and company growth. We were continually told not to worry and pushed to improve current practices. By the time December rolled around majority of HQ employees were laid off unannounced due to financial issues that were never brought to employees’ attention until they found out they had been terminated. The whole situation was handle unprofessionally and with no sympathy from the President.

Unorganized loads on truck can be frustrating

Local Management, corporate, non consistent schedule, safety, pay, benefits.

Favoritism, don't get 40 hours, no consideration of personal life, poor management, lie and lead you on to get what they need from you, etc.
