      Not bad only if you are only put into projects that have career progress

      Pros

      As I first started, it was heaven for me as I was put int he IOT R&D team and I got to learn everything from scratch. I am not from a coding background but I was able to learn C programming thanks to the POCs that we have been assigned to do.

      Cons

      After some time, there are no R&D projects life and I was given to clients as CWs. There are no career progress as what I did in the IOT team is different then what I did in client site. I was not able to develop anything after that.
