Pros
Co-workers are all highly motivated and willing to learn. The Mangers are leaders in their fields on a global level. Management are constantly looking to develop talent push toward great job placement for employees. Time well spent.
Cons
Co-workers are motivated, but at times cocky. Wish it could be a career job and there were positions to be promoted to. Being promoted is not likely because of the caliber of managers to be replaced.

Excellent facilities; cutting edge research into anti-oxidants, spider silk/materials engineering/process engineering/genetic engineering; brilliant people and exciting atmosphere.
Cons
Highly competitive as it regards the career positions. However, there tends to be plenty of room for a dedicated and hard-working student seeking research experience and an opportunity to contribute.
