      Pros

      USfalcon is an established government contractor with a reputation for supporting DoD programs. They have an experienced executive/management team and they treat their employees with respect. Decent benefits and employee recognition/rewards program. Important, national security programs to work on that make a difference to our country.

      Cons

      There are no particular cons but management could improve morale and retention by investing more in the growth of their employees. Training, certifications and career growth are what today's workforce needs to stick with a company for the long term.

      Pros

      a job that pays good wages if you have a clearance

      Cons

      contract work. you are only clearance for them, they can bill the government, and there is no "culture" its retired military ripping off government

      Can't think of any.

      Cons

      Incredibly bad benefits package (all medical was expensive and poor coverage). Poor management. No room for growth within the company. Employees are treated like a number, company is only concerned about making margins and will do anything to keep the money in their own pockets. Low wages.
