      Bekaar policies, actually there is no HR policy, salaries been paid on 45th-50th day of the month...no work ethics & culture. Useless management

      Flexible timings,good environment of work if working with client.People are acknowledged for their work by appreciation certificates.

      Cons

      Lots of politics in case of internal projects.Not good appraisals.
