      Work Life Balance.. Work Culture is good. Has Good Brand Value. Lots of learning . Job Security. Managable Work Pressure .

      Cons

      Career growth , Salary growth is very less. Lots of politics and many seniors lack basic knowledge and skills to do job efficiently. Mix of private and PSU culture.

      Legacy, Trusted brand, strong support from the Govt, though subtle

      Cons

      Not able to position them. Caught between the PSU and Private sector culture and positioning the company based on the convenience, really confusing for the employees and the investors. Leadership team at times not able to define where the company belongs. Lack of ownership.
