      Pros

      Great culture, engaged leadership, a true open-door policy, and the agility to pivot and tackle problems quickly. Team member feedback is encouraged and heard.

      Cons

      The benefits package is not quite top tier, but I've certainly experienced worse. Overall, this has been a wonderful career transition for me.

      Three months in at UVeye and I couldn’t be happier! 🎉 The team is incredible, and the technology we are building is genuinely changing the game. Huge potential and fast paced

      Cons

      Pay could be better, i.e. location based instead of national, especially for the amount of travel. A lot of travel, don't expect to be home much during this growth period.
