      - If you didn't work at motorola previously, Don't waste your time and energy. You will not be appreciated, and will likely not last long. - Absolotely toxic environment created by Motorola management.

      Remote/WFH “Unlimited pto” Great CEO Good company to get into the field but I wouldn’t stay too long

      Cons

      Management has no backbone Very little communication Weekend travel No raises No promotions Employees are expected to pay all travel expense then be reimbursed (highly unrealistic) but expenses could take up to a month to be approved Pay is not keeping up with inflation Person phone number to be used so you will get calls at all times and days Little work/life balance
