Pros
The best part which I like here is everyone works as a team. Difficulties and challenges are everywhere, but how to overcome it, I learned here. It's not only we stays whole night before any release happen, my lead, my manager and even though our Director will stay with us and used to contribute in many possible ways they can. I had made my best friends here. And its not only about personal attachment, its about working on a product from end to end as a full stack developer. You will gain the domain knowledge as well as the good work exposure in Core Java, Collections, Data Structure , Threading , MySQL, J2EE ,and Front End Technologies. I have seen many people putting negative reviews , this is because they are not ready to take challenges what a good organization has provided to them. Overall I will rate it as a good experience working with UBQ for last three years.
Cons
If any one doesn't find himself comfortable with the Pros which I have mentioned, then it will be cons for them. Someone has said ......... Its our thought , thinking and the way how we see the things. :) :)
