- Autonomy and opportunity to manage own diary - Business model supports the cultivation of strong and rewarding client partnerships - The business offers an alternative approach to a traditional and broken method of recruitment and it's exciting to talk to people about it - Ability to create a fully bespoke proposal to fit a client's needs, not hampered by restrictions and internal parameters.
Cons
In the beginning, while we were building the business, working from home full time was hard but now we're starting to work with more clients on-site and travel more which is brilliant!
