Such a unproffesional peoples are sitting on top management.even they didnt know how to handle project..such illitirate peoples.unproffesional language is used while communication.poor company not having proper way to grow.

Freshers have to work somewhere...so they start here. Managers are not capable of grooming employees.

Cons

The words of top management "horses are needed to chase donkeys"...under any circumstances they treat employee as a animal.

Pros

Worst of time . Only Freshers should join. No job certainty. Full of politics. No growth as company is loosing business.

Cons

They insult employees in public. No leaves. If required you may work 15-16 hours a day. They don't allow to take your own leave. Salary doesn't come in time. They fire employees after their project is over.
