Pros
Supportive colleagues who are always willing to help. Opportunities to learn new clinical and research skills. Good exposure to multidisciplinary teams. Interesting workload with a lot of variety. Friendly working environment overall.
Cons
Communication between departments can sometimes be slow. Workload can become heavy during busy periods. Processes can feel unclear or disorganised at times. Limited parking and occasional rota changes at short notice. Some systems could be more efficient.
