One of the most concerning issues observed was a toxic culture within the company. Unfortunately, this toxic culture is extended to certain C-level executives who displays behaviors that are unbecoming of leadership. Yelling at employees seems to be an accepted form of communication, creating a hostile and stressful work environment. This not only affects morale but also impacted the overall productivity of the team. Another concerning aspect was the apparent disregard for employees, especially those not in higher positions. It often felt like those at the lower levels of the hierarchy are undervalued and their concerns are dismissed. This created a sense of inequality and frustration.
