Pros

- Location - Can't think of anything else and yes it's that terrible

Cons

- They show no regard for their employees, resulting in an extremely high turnover rate. - Office politics are rampant. Even if you try to stay out of it, you inevitably get dragged into bizarre competitions and petty drama among co-workers and team leaders. - Salaries are unreasonably low compared to what the company expects from employees. KPIs are set unrealistically high, and the commission system is chaotic. Most of the time, your base salary is your only real income, and the commission is just a false promise to lure you in. - The HR department is completely unprofessional and essentially serves as the VP's sidekick. If you care about a so-called "healthy working environment," this is not the place for you.

Pros

Free schedule and you could get some experience/info about student housing and application process.

Cons

They won't offer you base pay, you're basically just getting a 3% commission for every successful order. Be careful of the requirement of "successful order," that means you not only need to help clients fill out the housing application, you also need to be a liaison between property management companies and international clients for follow-ups, updates, etc. until those clients get their contacts, and that's not over yet, if any things happen and clients are unable to check-in, you WON'T get a penny for this whole long process!! And you know what? They pay you RMB:) And yeah if you want to change your salary to US dollar, the money you get per month is way lower than minimum wage. They would explain to you that you can work harder and get more orders done every month, but considering the long process each application needs, it's impossible to make more than $4000 per month as they would tell you.

Pros

Very potential product, niche market, easy to copy.

Cons

Anything you can imagine: - Manager with POOR skill, WORSE than a junior. Don't expect her to say anything good about you!!! - Extremely LOW commission!!! People came because of the base salary but that is the only thing you get since the commission is too low to be calculated. - They treats their employees so badly that the turnover rate is close to 100%. - Although all work can be done remotely, NO FLEXIBILITY IS ALLOWED. - Office environment is so toxic that NO ONE TALKS. - I still wondering what is the purpose of an ONLINE HR, who is NEVER in the office. - Again, Manager with POOR skill, WORSE than a junior.
