Pros
Amazingly supportive management and team player attitude that spread like wildfire amongst newbies at historic downtown Tampa restaurant on the Hillsborough River. Owner extremely down to earth (despite wealth and hospitality upbringing), faithful , and sincere which made me actually look forward to going to work each day. The best executive chef, period. The food is unbelievable and everything is good! It made selling simple and developed a sense of pride from the top down.
Cons
General Manager abandonment. Not enough trained staff to provide adequate breaks (rests) for full time staff regularly.
