      Good opportunity to learn as a career starter

      Cons

      * Management is unorganized. Different people will say different rules. * No work life balance. Working 60-70 hours per week continuously for multiple months without any overtime payment is expected. * Asks new hires to work overtime daily without any pay. * Only provides bare minimum benefits that is mandatory by law. * Toxic environment.

      * Get experience working on exciting cutting-edge technology (below 20nm) * Great team members and co-workers. Everybody is very supportive

      * Salaries and bonuses are not very competitive. * No 401K matching * Work-life balance is nonexistent * No stock options * Management demands that you work full-time with multiple clients and work on the holidays.
