This creates a positive and resilient working environment, even during busy periods. The company strongly encourages continuous learning and professional growth by providing useful learning materials, certifications, and development opportunities. The HR team is responsive, supportive, and always willing to help when needed. One of the standout experiences was the interview process — it felt more like a friendly conversation than a stressful interview, which reflects the respectful and people-focused culture within the organization. Overall, a great place to grow professionally while feeling valued and trusted.

Cons

The company provides a cash benefit for employees to purchase their own medical insurance, which is helpful. However, it would be even better if a company-sponsored group medical insurance plan could be introduced in the future.

Flashy office space to work in Free lunch on a Wednesday

Cons

Management don’t want to take any time to actually train you, and will use you as a scapegoat. Not a lot of people actually use the office so it’s generally quite empty. Very stressful work environment and unless you know the right people you won’t go far
