      Pros

      Senior leadership consistently show that they care about employees and are committed to creating a positive and supportive environment. My current manager has also been fantastic. They give me the independence and space to think creatively, make decisions, and contribute in my own way. It is empowering to work with a team that trusts your judgment and encourages independent thinking. Overall, the culture feels stable, supportive, and genuinely people-focused.

      The pace can be fast which may be challenging for some but it creates an exciting environment for those who enjoy growth

      Pros

      I have been working in the computer industry for over 30 years and I love working at Ultima Genomics probably more than anywhere else I have worked. There are no barriers to success working here, I always get the support and materials I need for all projects from management. My groups management is particularly outstanding. 99% of people I work with here are very professional, talented, and easy to work with.

      Cons

      Hours tend to be a little long during the weekdays (not weekend though), but not as bad as I had imagined for a startup.
