Pros

The employees outside of leadership are great to work with. Work life balance is manageable.

Cons

The leadership is terrible. The owner is narcissistic and impulsive. Company only makes “best place to work” because the owner demands employees to lie on the survey. Salary/Benefits/Etc.. are laughable. This company is not a place to build a career. It is the worst managed company I have ever worked at. The owner does not care about the employees, only how to salvage the business because of their poor business strategies.

Pros

Fair pay and I think they mean well but intentions are not reality.

Cons

Unstable, under preforming revenue and overspending owner makes for questionable financials, fake minority owned, more focused on the marketing pitch than actual capability and performance, non-organic growth with rapid and impulsive changes to business structure make it difficult for employees to help move this startup in a profitable direction.

The work life balance is there. The pay wasn't too bad, could have been better with how much experience I have.

Cons

The benefits are outrageously expensive. They would rather get rid of people than coach them. Fired 3 people right after they hired a new CFO...coincidence? Doubtful. The techs go out to every job blind.
