The employees that have been there are very nice. They welcome you with open arms and are very courteous to you unfortunately management does not.

.Will mislead you during interview, and lie about the compensation plan. .Very negative atmosphere .Micro-management and will be treated with no respect or dignity at all .The owner and manager operate by favoritism .No opportunity for advancement. The only way to advance is if you are related or sleeping with the o_______!! .The worst training .No motivation at all from management .The manager has no clue what she is doing. Always on a personal call or smoking a cigarette outside .The manager is not approachable to ask any questions to assist you. .The most tedious employment ever. .Manager motivates by Intimidation instead Inspiration .You will hate yourself for leaving prior employment to work for this organization.
