Pros

My team and leader are supportive, smart and hard working. We are still focused on the mission despite the new leadership team who are a distraction. There is a ton of potential. Good benefits.

Cons

The current executive team have created an us verses them environment verses “we win and lose together” that the CEO puts on PowerPoint slides. They are focused only on selling us and promoting themselves within the industry. Layoffs happening now to the doers but still hiring at the very top.

Pros

Flexible schedule. Half days on Friday.

Cons

Lack of communication and a murky company direction post its acquisition by a Private Equity firm. The emphasis on cost-cutting has led to workforce reductions while the leadership team expands, creating a sense of neglect toward employees. The HR department's attempts to promote growth and positivity seem superficial, with little real impact. Overall, there's a prevailing low morale in the office, with no evident focus on employee well-being or growth opportunities.

Pros

Interesting work at times depending on area.

Cons

Most parts built on Frameworks so you mostly learn about those. Even though you haven't experience on these Frameworks they expect you to hit the ground running. The company went private and contracts changed. An old boys club as it was a satellite office. Cost cutting kept the heating off in some parts of the building. The building itself was previously a cattery.
