There are no pros to working at Ultra PRO. The environment is toxic, morale is consistently low, and leadership—especially at the VP level—is completely incompetent. Favoritism runs rampant, communication is poor, and decisions are made without logic or transparency. Most employees are actively searching for a way out the moment they walk in.

Toxic work environment with high turnover. Incompetent and disconnected VP leadership. Zero room for growth or professional development. Favoritism and office politics are the norm.
