Pros

on-time pay, it's an okay company.

Cons

The management's overly complex approach stifles career progression, compounded by outdated products lacking growth prospects. Continuous patchwork solutions are implemented without adequate system knowledge sharing. Despite being part of a team, individuals are expected to function independently, leading to significant frustration. High employee turnover rates reflect disillusionment with the lack of promising career prospects and minimal salary increases. Working alongside tiresome colleagues further dampens the experience. It's not recommended for those seeking substantial salary hikes or a fulfilling career trajectory. :(

Flexible work timings 6. Monthly sun downers where drinks and pizza are available and CEO makes monthly meetings with employees 7. HR cares about employees

Cons

1. Some managers can be really prickly and micro manage 2. Employees will be confirmed only after 6 months and the process can be rigorous otherwise they will be asked to leave. 3. Hiring process can be better 4. Lack of training 5. Big overhead in training approval process
