      I was honored to work for Dr. Fischer. He is an amazing person.

      No transparency regarding sales numbers or goals. I was let go for "failing to meet my performance goals" after achieving 150% of goal in Q1 and then taking a new territory that started at 60% of goal in April and increasing it 95% of goal over the last 4 months - an increase of 35%!!!!! Additionally, in regards to the territory change, the powers that be at corporate had ZERO interest in working to correct discrepancies in accounts and the numbers. Base pay at this position is about 15k less than other dental supply companies.

      Pros

      Top tier products to offer customers. Some products are the gold standard in dentistry. Marketing works hard to support the TAMS out in the field.

      Cons

      Management doesn’t care about employees, thinks everyone is replaceable. Anybody who disagrees with sales management will be fired and escorted out immediately. Sales goals are very high, and you will be put on a plan and your job will be threatened. No job security here whatsoever. Training is a joke.
