      Boys club run amok

      Pros

      Compensation packages aren't the worst. Salaries are average, health benefits gutted as of 2014.

      Management by intimidation and verbal abuse Quarterly layoffs Myopic leadership shuns innovation Boys club reward themselves and fire everyone else on quarterly basis

      Good company, Bad Leadership

      Pros

      Casual work environment, with decent benefits. Health Plans used to be much better, but that's everywhere

      Cons

      Leadership is a country club mindset. Being a Public Company, everything is about stock price, and nothing is about morale. They do basically 2-3 rounds of layoffs every year, and you duck your head and hope to survive.
