Pros
The company is primarily funded from government grants - Defense - and they do provide great salaries and benefits. It may seem an old building but the technology used is certainly great.
Cons
The building is old and sometimes, the work is slow. It can also get messy and one will deal with toxic chemical - but everything is highly regulated.
