Really nice manager and owners, and employees The commission is really good 1 hour lunch break

Cons

One of the directors tends to use the consultants as a power trip Niche sectors so it takes a long time to understand your sector and get your first placement (usually takes about 7 months) Impression is that you should stay longer than your contracted hours

Felt really comfortable and welcomed throughout the interview process. Once I started the job we had really engaging training for weeks from the MD himself. Everyone here works super hard which helps with your own motivation but it's also never a dull day! Plus the earning potential is life-changing!
