Pros

Yumbra cafe, convenient. Peers, my true joy. Brand, less and less meaningful.

Cons

Fake reviews, the good reviews are actually posted by management, that tells you all you need to know. Leadership, only 3 opinions count and you are not one of them, 2 only count because they don't have the fortitude to disagree with 1, it is a riddle, figure it out. Entire books on psychology could be written on this diabolical culture.

Pros

I met a handful of wonder people, who also left.

Cons

Let's see: - Subsidized lunch: if you don't care about eating food for cans, and if you don't care about low quality ingredients, then you can ignore this point. - Benefits are discounted from your salary. And it's a big chunk of money. - Upper management... what can I say about upper management that has not yet been mentioned?? They are disrespectful, unprofessional, and have absolutely no idea how to run a business. Some have never had any other job in their lives and are not open for suggestions on best practices. Be prepared to hear a famous expression "but this is not the Umbra way", any time you come up with an idea to bring improvement and efficiency. - Work life balance is not a thing. - Toxic work environment. - Constant harassment. Don't expect HR to help you. They are afraid to losing their jobs and will turn a blind eye. - On, and bonus? They increase their target every year to an unrealistic amount, so it will never be reached. You will never get a bonus. But it's guarantee that you will see upper management upgrading their cars regularly.

Pros

Great facilities like the Yumbra cafe and gym. They offer gift certs for suggestions, naming a product and being nominated for doing a good job.

Cons

Poor Poor management. They put people in charge who has no management skills and provide them with titles and wage increase for no apparent reason, only because they are liked. If you do not play the game and not suck up to the upper management, beware you will be fired.
