- well below average salary, soon as you bring up the discussion you a lecture
- toxic legacy management, straight out of school, who happened to be there at the right time and made director- but has no idea what is going on. It’s his way or the highway(sad to say but all but one are the same)
- There is a reason why it has not grown in the last 10 years, catch up or stay behind, leave the draconian ways in the past.
- I thought the new CEO would see how badly managed this place is, but the ars* licking in c-level and upper management is evident in the sweat meetings… which by the way is soo gross! ( never witnessed such a divide amongst a company) employees are too afraid to speak up because they will kicked out or out on a pip or fired in unfair dismissal!!
- employee retention means nothing, no room to grow professionally as everything is inadequate.
- CRM is a graveyard or legacy BS
- Also no one trusts HR!
