      Pros

      Great product suite - that’s fit with the market. Good leadership, that’s listening a lot to what the employees have to say. Lots of freedom to work from home, go to the doctor, pick up a sick kid, or similar.

      Cons

      Benefits somewhat below average - especially for junior employees.

      Pros

      I really believe in the product and the values of the company and for that matter the products. I left my former company because I really wanted to work for Umbraco. The international work environment is really a big benefit as well.

      Cons

      Benefits are ok but could be a bit better compared to similar jobs in the industry and similar positions.
