      Pros

      Decent pay. Typical benefits. This company once offered unique and special perks to employees but are being removed as time goes on.

      Cons

      Company priorities are unclear and change drastically on a weekly basis. Too many layers of management, insufficient workforce. Work-life balance is non-existent, as you’re expected to work 10-12 hour days in addition to nights, weekends, and holidays from both onsite and from home. Direct management is too busy to listen to concerns.

      Great culture, with management that is focused on growing the company while also investing in strong training and development. My previous boss, Andrea, was an exceptional mentor—patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to teach practical solutions. She was a true leader and had a big impact on my growth.
